Tilove Designs gladly accepts exchanges on standard shop items, including mugs, apparel, and accessories (unless otherwise noted). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you are interested in doing so. Items must be unused and returned in proper condition. We ask exchanges be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return postage. Please email us at info@tilovedesigns.com to set up the exchange.

Orders that are confirmed delivered at their final destination are no longer under the responsibility of Tilove Designs.

If an order is deemed "lost in transit", please contact us. TD is not responsible for lost international orders.

Due to the nature of custom or personalized mugs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact us immediately if a mug was broken during shipment at info@tilovedesigns.com.
